To be honest, at the beginning of the ceremony, I did not pay much attention to it. However, as the event proceeded, little by little, I found myself invested in it. When I saw the professional work and sincere attitude of the organizer, my enthusiasm came to a peak.

The Top 100 ceremony was very surprising. The magnificent scene and efficient organization show how much energy and money the organizer has invested in the event. With an aim to elevate the influence of the Chinese restaurant, friends from forty-five states gather together in Las Vegas. Even some celebrities came to witness this great event- like the mayor of Las Vegas, Robin Leach, and a true representative of Chinese culinary art——Martin Yan. In a word, I would like to cite the famous slogan of Beijing Olympic to express my feelings on the event: One World, One Dream!
